Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa

It was the best experience ever! We were there for a conference, and we were never disappointed. The hotel is standalone with many stores along the road, but not close enough to be noisy. That's the hotel's charm; it is calm and has a retreat style. The rooms are spread out like estates, all within walking distance of the reception. And there are staff offering short drives on open shuttles. There are many swimming pools here and there and a very nice gym that I used for nearly 85 per cent of my stay. Many people will say the same: It is a must to visit and stay here. I think it is suitable for writers or anyone wanting a quiet place to work. I highly recommend it and will be back soon.

This is an exceptionally beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over breathtaking desert sunsets. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful in every imaginable way, from correcting a small problem with our booking to recommending must-visit dining spots. The staff really went above and beyond, especially a young woman named Yanna who was happy to recommend hikes and restaurants, and was a lovely person to interact with. The location made it easy to reach local hiking spots such as Pima Canyon, but also was fairly easy to reach Saguaro National Park. It's also only ~20 mins from downtown dining and 40 mins from the airport. We did not want to leave and were already discussing our return on the flight home.

The grounds were beautiful. The space of the room was great, really enjoyed having the sitting area for 3+ people & the balcony. The bathroom also very spacious & great shower!! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! We arrived after dark and it is a huge property... the nicest gentleman who worked there offered to guide us to our room and helped with luggage. Good thing because the reception had written the wrong room number on our key. I felt like this resort was a good value for the area. Lots of good restaurants in the area & some shopping. Did not get to enjoy the resort amenities like pool or tennis courts.

From the time we walked into the lobby, the staff was excellent, attentive, greeted us, very kind and accommodating, and went up and beyond! The room was perfect! So comfortable and very nice. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent! Our food server was friendly, and so helpful! The grounds and location were ideal! This was our first time staying here and we were really impressed.... we will be back again, it is certain!!!

location and ambiance is excellent. fitness and hot tub, bar and convenience of all day dining is good. changing mgmt is apparent.
